UK Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa Route Closing Soon.
We recently came to know about the suspension of Tier 1 Investor Visa with a new possible requirement of maintaining the 2 million GBP in the applicant’s accounts for a 2 year period. Sky news provided this information as suspension of "Golden Visa"
There has now also been an indication that the Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa will be closed and a new “Innovator” visa will be introduced to attract more experienced business persons to establish their business in the UK.
Tier 1 (Graduate Entrepreneur) will become the start-up visa announced by Home Office in June 2018
Architects will now be allowed to make applications under Tier 1 (Exceptional Talent) route
There is also an indication of bringing up to 2500 Seasonal workers to the UK farms.
All in all, we can expect the coming new statement of changes will be full of surprises and will be deciding factor for the future of Immigration into the UK.
